Self-Care JOURNALING Session with Ana Juma
Journaling is an incredibly beneficial self-care practice, which doesn’t just enhance feelings of happiness, but reduces stress, clarifies thoughts and feelings, and ultimately helps you get to know yourself better.
In this session, you’ll learn how to use this practice to kindly take care of yourself. You’ll also be given journaling prompts and self-care exercises to take home with you.
