Self-Care JOURNALING Session with Ana Juma

Journaling is an incredibly beneficial self-care practice, which doesn’t just enhance feelings of happiness, but reduces stress, clarifies thoughts and feelings, and ultimately helps you get to know yourself better.

In this session, you’ll learn how to use this practice to kindly take care of yourself. You’ll also be given journaling prompts and self-care exercises to take home with you.

What is a journaling guided meditation? Imagine a guided meditation, but instead, your eyes are wide open as you put pen to paper. I’ll ask key questions (journaling prompts), and you’ll write down your answers. So please bring your journal/notebook (blank or lined pages is best) and a pen.
