NEW YEARS JOURNALING SESSION with Ana Juma
As we’re entering a new year (and decade!), it’s important to pause and reflect on its blessings, learnings, and start setting intentions and goals for 2020. In this journaling session, you’ll learn how the practice of journaling can elevate your life and support you in manifesting your deepest desires. On top of that, you’ll also be taken on a journaling guided meditation with the theme of New Year’s.
*What is a journaling guided meditation?* Imagine a guided meditation, but instead, your eyes are wide open as you put pen to paper. I’ll ask key questions (journaling prompts), and you’ll write down your answers.
So bring your journal/notebook (blank or lined pages is best) and a pen. This session will give you the clarity you need to enter 2020 on a high note 🙂
